Registrants in the Services.

employees of end-user companies (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) and the personal
information of officers, employees, and other employees (hereinafter referred to as “Employees

referred to as “Dealers, etc.”).
In this Privacy Policy, Customers and Employees of Dealers, etc. are collectively referred to as
“Service Registrants.”

The Company keeps personal information of Service Registrants accurate and updated as well as
endeavors to delete the said personal information without delay when he or she unsubscribes from
the Service.
The Company provides the officers and employees with education on personal information protection
in an endeavor to improve their awareness about personal information protection.
The Company appoints a personal information management supervisor in an endeavor to protect
personal information of Service Registrants.
The Company manages personal information of Service Registrants safely and take rational safety
measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of
personal information of Service Registrants.
The Company takes appropriate technical and organized measures to protect personal information of
Service Registrants collected and processed by the Company. The purpose of the measures taken by
the Company is to provide the safety at the adequate level for the risk of handling personal
information of Service Registrants.
Data retention
The Company retains personal information collected from Service Registrants in the case where there is a
continuous and legitimate necessity for operation (necessary to provide Service Registrants with a
service required by Service Registrants, necessary to meet the requirements of applicable laws and
regulations, tax system, or accounting, etc.).
The Company, in the case where there is no continuous and legitimate necessity to process personal
information of Service Registrants for operation, deletes or anonymizes the said information, and in the
case where it is impossible to delete or anonymize it (due to a reason such as that personal information
of Service Registrants is stored in a backup archive), stores personal information of Service
Registrants until when it can be deleted and insulates it from further processing.
Change of this privacy policy
The Company may update from time to time this privacy policy as legal, technical, or operational
conditions evolve. The Company, when updating this privacy policy, takes appropriate measures to give
notice to Service Registrants according to the importance of changes the Company makes. The Company,

Service Registrants’ data protection rights
Service Registrants have the following data protection rights:
Service Registrants, when he or she wants us to disclose, correct, add or delete, or suspend the
utilization of or erase the personal information owned by the Company or provided to a third

Service Registrants may challenge the processing of his or her personal information, request
restrictions on the processing of his or her personal information, or request portability of his
